Why we exist
Organisations today face multiple pressures. We founded me&me because we believe: responsibility must grow where it is needed.

Co-Founder
Andreas had already established his coaching firm when the idea for me&me emerged. As a former elite athlete (freestyle skiing), he developed a coaching concept around strengths and transitions following an injury-related end to his career — an idea that reaches far beyond sport.
