Transformation Journeys

The Story of the Transformation

We had known Mischa Ramseyer for several years through events around agile working. Trust developed through smaller projects and Ralf's work as a Scrum Master for one of their clients. In 2016, Mischa's desire to strengthen the self-empowerment of his colleagues grew.

At the same time, we were working as pre-reviewers of the book «das kollegial geführte Unternehmen», exploring new tools of modern leadership. Directly after completing our training with Bernd Oestereich and Claudia Schröder, we began accompanying the transformation journey.

«The key success factor, as I see it, is the personal maturity of all colleagues in the way we handle feedback and conflict. It was essential to have an external companion who held up a mirror to us.»

The Story of the Transformation

We came into contact with the then HR Director Leandra Moser through the HR BarCamp. In 2017, CEO Alexis Caceda took part in the open me&me development programme and laid the foundation for the later transformation through individual coaching sessions.

What followed was one of the most intensive and longest engagements in our history. Over five years we accompanied Netstream on its path to becoming an agile learning organisation.

«me&me works from the inside out and pursues this approach out of conviction. And so I first got to know myself anew, and then my two co-founders as well.»

Case Study · Engagement Stiftung Pro Juventute

Stiftung Pro Juventute — Collegial Leadership in a Non-Profit Organisation

Non-Profit / Foundation Switzerland July 2021 – January 2022
Trigger for Transformation
Pro Juventute had reunited various regional associations under one roof. To prevent classic hierarchical structures from forming, they sought new approaches.
Scope of Engagement
Process facilitation of the transformation team (applying practices, moderation, documentation, reflection)
Content support (leadership cycle, value-creation analysis, leadership tools)
Designing and building internal learning modules for introducing Collegial Leadership
Building a moderation pool
The Story of the Transformation

Leandra Moser moved in 2021 as Head of HR and Organisational Development from Netstream AG to Stiftung Pro Juventute. Based on her previous, excellent experience with us, it was clear to her from the outset: transformation to a collegially led organisation — only with me&me.

Our focus was on the transformation team, which carries out the actual implementation. We accompanied them in terms of content and process to the point where the new leadership tools were tried out and understood through application.

What made this engagement special
To prepare the new colleagues for their future leadership role, we built an internal academy for Collegial Leadership. A model that can be transferred to other organisations as well.
