Key Facts About the Masterclass
The Masterclass is designed to run over 2 months and can be flexibly integrated into your work routine. You set your own pace and can revisit the content as often as needed to deepen your learning.
Recommended learning structure:
- 1 module per week → approx. 3 hours per module
- Total duration: approx. 24 hours (equivalent to a 3-day intensive seminar)
The 6 modules are released weekly and build on each other. Each module deepens your understanding of leadership step by step.
You’ll engage with short learning videos and reflection tasks to actively apply your insights.
