Principles and Guidelines for Working Together
We founded me&me in 2013 because we recognised an urgent need for a paradigm shift in business. Our work is grounded in a modern understanding of organisations and is reflected in the me&me Model.
Partnership on equal footing. Not a conventional client-service relationship.
Agile and iterative. No large fixed plans — continuous review of effectiveness.
Simple, transparent agreements. No long contracts, no fixed terms.
How we work together
We assume that everyone who chooses to work with us is genuinely ready for real change.
To support you as effectively as possible, we often need deep insight into your organisation. We see our role as a partnership — one we shape on equal footing with you.
We prefer simple, transparent agreements — usually no longer than one page. We do not use fixed contract terms. Our collaboration lasts as long as it makes sense for both sides.
Especially in longer engagements, unspoken expectations can create tension. We expect all parties to address such issues proactively and work through them constructively together.
Rather than large, fixed plans, we work in an agile and iterative way. We develop a shared understanding of the desired outcome with you and continuously review the effectiveness of each step — then plan the next meaningful actions accordingly.
Since founding me&me, it has been clear to us that we are most effective together. Clients are typically supported by both of us. This means you benefit from:
- Spontaneous adaptation of workshops to situations and group dynamics
- Iterative working for tailored solutions
- Parallel roles so you can focus on the content work
- Continuous reflection for the most effective approaches
